We are going on strike as CLUC: The Collective Lay Union for Chickens, a real union we will create as a cause for people to get involved in, started by Just Egg.
The Lay-In
You’ve heard of a sit-in, now introducing the lay-in, where we will have CLUC activists lie in “free-range” cages for an extended period of time.
Chicken Run
We let all the chickens loose on the street (with chicken wranglers for safety) because they are not getting paid enough!
After the chickens run, so will the people. Akin to a turkey trot, people will run for CLUC and protest with signs in support of our feathered friends.
